If the rooms are not displayed after a successful login, this might have two causes:
- an older software version is installed on the digitalSTROM Server. The app requires at least dSS version 1.16.0. If the dSS has not yet been updated, open the digitalSTROM Configurator and update the software in System / System Update.
- the connection to the my.digitalSTROM account is incorrect. If the rooms are not displayed despite the correct dSS version, the my.digitalSTROM connection must be re-established. To do so, open the server app 'my.digitalSTROM', disconnect the current connection and reconnect your user account. Note that the computer must be connected to the same local network as the dSS to complete this operation. In addition, the existing smartphone apps must then be reconnected afterward.
