If the rooms are not displayed after a successful login, this might have two causes:
- an older software version is installed on the digitalSTROM Server. The app requires at least dSS version 1.16.0. If the dSS has not yet been updated, open the digitalSTROM Configurator and update the software in System / System Update.
- The connection to the my.digitalSTROM account is incorrect. If the rooms are not displayed despite dSS version 1.16.0, the digitalSTROM-Server must be updated to version 220.127.116.11. This version automatically fixes the problem.
- A firewall is active on your router that blocks outgoing port 8256. In this case, add port 8256 to the list of allowed ports.
