If the rooms are not displayed after a successful login, this might have two causes:
- an older software version is installed on the digitalSTROM Server. The app requires at least dSS version 1.16.0. If the dSS has not yet been updated, open the digitalSTROM Configurator and update the software in System / System Update.
- the connection to the my.digitalSTROM account is incorrect. If the rooms are not displayed despite dSS version 1.16.0, the digitalSTROM-Server must be updated to version 1.16.1. This version automatically fixes the problem.
- there is no scenario with a given user-defined name on the digitalSTROM-Server. This problem can be solved by renaming light-preset from the configurator. This problem will be fixed with a later update of the app.
