As part of future functional enhancements and the implementation of new interfaces, the dSM11 hardware generation will no longer be supported as of version 1.19.13.

This further development is necessary to ensure the long-term performance, security, and future viability of our system.
What does this mean for you in practice?
You generally have two options:
- You can continue operating your system with the existing software version. In this case, your dSM11 devices will remain integrated and fully functional as usual.
- Alternatively, you can choose to update to version 1.19.13 or higher. Please note that in this case, the dSM11 devices will no longer be able to be networked, configured, or supported by the system.
As previously communicated – including in the context of the cloud shutdown and the discontinuation of support for this device generation – the gradual phase-out of the dSM11 hardware has been announced in advance.
We therefore recommend replacing the affected dSM11 devices with the current dSM20 generation in the medium term. This will ensure that your system continues to benefit from new features, improvements, and ongoing technical support.
