The terminal block was once logged on to the dSM, but did not respond to the 24-hour query.
You can also start the query manually by opening the tab > Hardware in the digitalSTROM configurator: With a right mouse click on the terminal block you can update the device status.
If the terminal block remains grey, there may be different reasons:
- The terminal block has been removed.
- There is a defect.
- There may be communication problems within the installation
