Start your Internet browser and go to digitalstrom.com.
Click on ‘Login’ and then on ‘Forgotten password’.
Enter your email address in the field and then click on ‘Reset’.
If the E-Mail you entered is associated with a my.digitalSTROM account, a link will be send to that E-Mail address that will allow you to reset the password for your my.digitalSTROM account. The link is valid for only 1 hour.
If you do not receive the E-Mail, please check your SPAM folder or otherwise contact your E-Mail provider and ask them why you do not receive E-Mails from noreply@my.digitalstrom.com.
