How do I create a group and assign devices?

Groups can consist of appliances and devices that are located in different rooms. To create a new group, please proceed as follows:

1. Open the digitalSTROM configurator and change to extended view.
2. Then open the tab "Groups" and select "Create new group".
3. After that a new window will open. Enter the group name and the respective colour type. Please note that groups can only consist of devices of the same colour type. For example, only lightor just shadowing devices.                                          
4. You can then drag and drop devices from "All Devices" to the newly created group. Please note that the group must also include a push-button to control it.
