In the configurator, go to System < System Maintenance < Backup and Restore Settings and click the "Backup" button. (see image)
The backup file should be located in your Downloads folder.
The backup includes system settings, names, and app configurations (server apps).
Important note:
Meter and device data, room configurations, and activity settings are not backed up.
